🥗 Ingredients (2–3 servings)

Chicken

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (boiled or grilled)


Salad Mix

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • ¼ cup red onion (thin sliced)

  • ½ cup cucumber (chopped)

  • 1–2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro


Creamy Dressing

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

Mix until smooth.

If not already cooked:

  • Shred using forks


2️⃣ Chop Ingredients

Prepare:

  • tomatoes

  • onion

  • cucumber

  • herbs


3️⃣ Make the Dressing

In a bowl mix:

  • Greek yogurt

  • mayonnaise

  • lemon juice

  • garlic powder

  • salt & pepper


4️⃣ Combine Everything

In a large bowl add:

  • shredded chicken

  • veggies

  • dressing

Mix well until fully coated.


5️⃣ Serve

Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for better flavor.
