Chicken
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (boiled or grilled)
Salad Mix
½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
¼ cup red onion (thin sliced)
½ cup cucumber (chopped)
1–2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro
Creamy Dressing
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Mix until smooth.
