🍣 Giant Crispy Rice Sushi Wrap

🥗 Ingredients (2 wraps)

Crispy Rice Base

  • 1 cup cooked jasmine rice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


Filling

  • 100–150 g salmon (raw sushi-grade or cooked)

  • ½ avocado (sliced)

  • ½ cup carrot (shredded)

  • ½ cucumber (julienned)

  • Optional: spicy mayo or sauce


Wrap

  • 2 sheets nori (seaweed)


Spicy Mayo (Optional)

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp sriracha

  • ½ tsp soy sauce

Mix well.


👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Rice

  • Use leftover or cooled rice (important for crispiness)

  • Mix with:

    • soy sauce

    • sesame oil


2️⃣ Make Crispy Rice

  • Heat pan with olive oil

  • Spread rice in a flat layer (press slightly)

  • Cook on medium heat 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy

  • Flip or break into pieces and crisp other side


3️⃣ Prepare Fillings

Slice:

  • salmon

  • avocado

  • cucumber

Shred carrots.


4️⃣ Assemble the Wrap

  • Place nori sheet flat

  • Add crispy rice in center

  • Add:

    • salmon

    • avocado

    • veggies

    • sauce


5️⃣ Roll

  • Fold like a wrap/burrito style

  • Press gently so it holds shape


6️⃣ Serve

  • Cut in half for aesthetic look

  • Serve immediately while rice is crispy
