Beef
- 250 g lean ground beef
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Toppings
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
Sauce
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch salt
Mix until smooth.
👨🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Fries
- Air fry or bake fries at 200°C (400°F)
- Cook 15–20 minutes until crispy
2️⃣ Cook the Beef
- Heat pan on medium
- Add ground beef + spices
- Cook 6–8 minutes until browned
3️⃣ Assemble the Bowl
- Add fries to bowl

- shredded cheese
4️⃣ Melt Cheese
- Let heat melt cheese or microwave for 1–2 minutes
5️⃣ Add Sauce
- Drizzle creamy sauce on top
6️⃣ Finish
- Add green onions
