🥗 Ingredients (2 servings)

Base

  • 1 large sweet potato (cubed)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper


Protein

  • 250 g lean ground beef

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder


Veggies

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • ½ avocado

  • ½ cup cottage cheese


Sauce

  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce or hot sauce

  • Optional: drizzle extra on top

👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Roast the Sweet Potato

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)

  • Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt & pepper

  • Roast for 20–25 minutes until soft and slightly crispy


2️⃣ Cook the Beef

  • Heat pan on medium

  • Add ground beef + seasoning

  • Cook for 6–8 minutes until browned


3️⃣ Cook the Broccoli

  • Steam or sauté broccoli for 4–5 minutes

  • Keep slightly crunchy


4️⃣ Assemble the Bowl

In a bowl add:

  1. Roasted sweet potato

  2. Cooked beef

  3. Broccoli

  4. Avocado slices

  5. Cottage cheese


5️⃣ Add Sauce

Drizzle BBQ sauce on top.


6️⃣ Serve

Mix slightly or eat layered for best taste.
