1 large sweet potato (cubed)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Protein
250 g lean ground beef
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
Veggies
1 cup broccoli florets
½ avocado
½ cup cottage cheese
Sauce
2 tbsp BBQ sauce or hot sauce
Optional: drizzle extra on top

1️⃣ Roast the Sweet Potato
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt & pepper
Roast for 20–25 minutes until soft and slightly crispy
2️⃣ Cook the Beef
Heat pan on medium
Add ground beef + seasoning
Cook for 6–8 minutes until browned
3️⃣ Cook the Broccoli
Steam or sauté broccoli for 4–5 minutes
Keep slightly crunchy
4️⃣ Assemble the Bowl
In a bowl add:
Roasted sweet potato
Cooked beef
Broccoli
Avocado slices
Cottage cheese
5️⃣ Add Sauce
Drizzle BBQ sauce on top.
6️⃣ Serve
Mix slightly or eat layered for best taste.
