🥗 Ingredients (2 servings)

Steak

  • 2 steaks (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Salad Base

  • 1 cup lettuce or mixed greens
  • ½ cup cucumber (sliced)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup red onion (thin sliced)

Fresh Herbs (IMPORTANT for Thai flavor)

  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • ¼ cup mint leaves

🔥 Thai Dressing (Key Part)

  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1–2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust spice)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

    • salt
    • pepper

2️⃣ Cook the Steak

  • Heat pan or grill on high heat
